This year I will be running Tri-Faster Clinics designed specifically for triathletes, as well as my Open Water Stroke Clinics - suitable for all OW swimmers.

I am pleased to welcome Dan Sims, 2010 GB Sprint Tri Age Group Champion and professional coach, who will help deliver these clinics. Dan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in triathlon and is currently training for IM NIce & the Age Group World Championships this year in London.

Together we can help you swim faster and develop a more efficient stroke. I will be give swimmers 1-1 stroke correction and advice on your frontcrawl technique.
We will help you to improve you open water skills, such as sighting, drafting, turning buoys, starts and entries and Transition and Dan can answer you triathlon-specific questions and concerns

The 3 hour clinic will cover;
  • OW stroke technique
  • OW skills
  • Transition 1 & kit & bike skills
  • plus much more!

The cost is £45 which includes your Holborough Lake swim fee, tea and cakes. Booking in advance is essential as places are limited to 15 people. Swim Inductions must have been completed. Click on the event date above to book on-line or call me to secure a place.

Please bring a wetsuit, goggles, bright swim hat, drinks, towel and a sense of humour :0)
